By accessing and using Seasons of Your Life ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seasons of Your Life is a free tool that processes your Spotify extended streaming history entirely in your browser. The Service analyzes your listening data to generate statistics, trends, and insights. No data is transmitted to or stored on any server.

3. Your Data

All processing occurs client-side in your browser using JavaScript. Your Spotify data is never sent to any external server, database, or third party. We do not collect, store, or have access to your listening history at any point.

Era definitions you create are stored in your browser's local storage and remain on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted on Vercel. No user data is transmitted to Vercel beyond standard web hosting requests (page loads, static assets). Your Spotify listening data stays entirely in your browser.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasons of Your Life and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Accuracy of Results

Statistics and insights generated by the Service are based on the data provided in your Spotify export. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the analysis.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
